Guest guest
Hi Alma,I personally have never had a problem with fibroids, however the topic comes up occasionally in another for Iodine (iodine ). Apparently lack of Iodine is a culprit. Stephanie is the owner of the Iodine group and it is a very active group and she will answer your questions very quickly. Another website http://www.iodine4health.com/ says There is increasing evidence that iodine is related to numerous diseases, including cancer. Various clinicians and researchers have found iodine effective with hypothyroid and hyperthyroid conditions, goiter, fibrocystic breasts, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, brain fog, constipation, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation, and detoxification issues (mercury, perchlorate, fluoride, bromide). This is a great website and there are a number of audios that are brilliant. If it were me, I would pick Stephanie's brain and get all the info on iodine plus the companion supplements (http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/iodineindex.html) before I did surgery. Hope this helps to guide you in the right direction.Eva.--- On Thu, 8/27/09, almalalonde <almalalonde wrote:almalalonde <almalalonde Fibroidsoleander soup Date: Thursday, August 27, 2009, 6:52 PM My OB/GYN says my best option is to have a hysterectomy. Guest guest
Hi Alma, I went through the fibroid/bleeding to death issue 8 years ago. My iron count was at 0...had two surgeries to try and reduce the tumor mass as I could find no alternative way to deal with it. They failed to take care of the issue so I ended up with a radical hysterectomy. Have to say it was the best choice for me. It changed my life for the better all the way around. Guest guest
Hello Alma, The questions with fibroids are they causing you pain? If yes they may be growing outside of the uterus and then they can cause a great deal of pain. Can you handle the bleeding? Eventually when you stop having a cycle the fibroid will go away. It is just a sac the fills up with alt of blood every month when your cycle is over and there is no bleeding there is no more fibroid. Research has found that a fibroid will never turn into cancer but it can cause anemia. Herbally Nettles and Yellow Dock can replace that. I eat kelp when this happens to me and I can feel the results immediately. There are also some herbs that will help to balance your hormones like wild yam, vitex, sarsaparilla, red clover, licorice, sage and dandelion to name a few. These may be enough to help balance your system and lessen the excessive blood accumulated in the fibroid balloon. Guest guest
Alma, You may want to try serrapaptase. It eliminated a large cyst on my scalp. Here are some testamonials from the web regarding serrapeptase and fibroids. - Steve http://www.raysahelian.com/fibroids.html "I am a great fan of yours and use several of the Physician Formulas products, including serrapeptase, which I personally believe will become one of the greatest tools to deal with fibroids & tissue build-up in the next few years. It is currently dissolving an originally grapefuit-sized fibroid that I have which is down to an approx. golf ball size after 3 months. So thank you for making this amazing & natural supplement." http://www.serrapeptase.info/testimonial.asp?menu=Fibroids "I suffered Endometriosis on the outside of my uterus, as well as several small fibroids located in my uterus. I had excessive bleeding for four years, with clots and uterine pain. My menses were lengthening to 10 days. I was eating only organic products and staying away from hormone injected foods, such as dairy and non free range meat. After I had an endometrial ablation done in November of 2005, they could not remove the fibroids or the endometriosis. So, in February of 2006, I started on Serrapeptase for a few months. The pain started decreasing almost within the first week! I finally went in October of 2006 for a vaginal partial hysterectomy, and afterward, I was told that there were no fibroids and my cervix and uterus were normal. As a result of taking the Serrapeptase in 2006, I was able to resume a fairly normal, activity-orientated type of lifestyle, without so much pain. A very LARGE fibroid is now almost half its original size, and all of the symptoms have diminished exponentially, too! The dosage and enteric form match that used in medical research, and it's enteric." --- On Thu, 8/27/09, almalalonde <almalalonde > wrote: almalalonde <almalalonde > Fibroidsoleander soup Date: Thursday, August 27, 2009, 6:52 PM My OB/GYN says my best option is to have a hysterectomy. Guest guest
ENZYMES, LIPO-C, IODINE, and Tony's favorite form of selenium! (methylselenocysteine?) BTW, my wife can now tell that the selenium has made a difference in the uptake of iodine into her breasts when she paints them with Lugol's! It works! Guest guest
Thanks, Steve - it looks like several of us are on the same page on this one regarding digestive enzymes and especially serrapeptase (see my earlier reply). From what I have been told by others, including Dr. Ken, the very best digestive enzyme product is Vitalzyme X. You can read about it here: www.energeticnutrition.com/vitalzymX.html And order it from this page; www.energeticnutrition.com/vitalzymXorder.html I have no affiliation with that company or product by the way- I simply recommend it because it is supposed to be the best. oleander soup , "Norton, Steve" <stephen.norton wrote:>> Alma,> You may want to try serrapaptase.
