Guest guest
Dear All, It is recommended to do regular exercise to maintain your daily health. Vitamins and other anti-oxidants are good for health. A study conducted by University of Jena in Germany, found that taking antioxidant supplements like vitamin C and E can interfere with the benefits of exercising. This article discusses this research: http://www.knowabouthealth.com/vitamin-reduces-excercise-effect/ I would like to ask experts in this group about their thoughts on this research. Does this research has any ground? Thanks and looking for your input. With Best Regards, Pankaj
Guest guest
My impression of European countries at present is that they are attempting to ban all vitamins and natural remedies and therefore would not say anything good about any of them, they want all people to be taking pharmaceutical drugs, relating to the implementation of Codex Alimentarius and so i would not trust what is said, but I would try the vitamins myself and see what impact they had on my energy levels, this is always the best way to find out if a statement is true or not Best, Jane --------- A study conducted by University of Jena in Germany, found that taking antioxidant supplements like vitamin C and E can interfere with the benefits of exercising. Guest guest
I have a question on excess skin from massive weight loss, due to a medication that took me from 134 to 212, I am now down to an even 149 and holding due to a lot of exercise from my job. The problem is it has all turned to loose skin, my inner thighs could be used easily for water wings and my arms are sagging as well as my belly. It looks like I am wearing a smalll apron. Is there any thing I can do to tighten this up? I am still very active at work and can do upwards of 18,000 steps a day with heavy lifting and lots of walking, some days it's six miles over an eight hour period. I need help!! Peace and love Bonnie
Guest guest
Jane MacRoss will tell you better as she is a homeopath but I have read in those books that the cell salt Calcarea Flour rectifies even the hanging belly. it helps in giving tautness to the sagging muscles. other than this try and do yoga exercises for toning the muscles, if i am using the right word. ______ The problem is it has all turned to loose skin, my inner thighs could be used easily for water wings and my arms are sagging as well as my belly.
