question about herbs

Hi,

I am taking the following ayushakti (Dr. Pankaj Naram's recommended herbs) for

the past month and a half  (If there are more than 4 herbs in a mix, I have put

the first 4 names down followed by dot dot dot)...:-

1.Keshiya (Shavatri roots,Indian Kudzu Fruit, Embilic Fruit Eclipta, calcium

carbonate (4/day) - 500 mg

2.Suniram (Cutch Tree Bark, Deodar Cedar bark, Psoralea Seeds, Barberry

Bartk...) 500 mg (2/day)

3. Stree Sathi (Sweet leaf Bark, Leptadenia roots, Deodar Cedar Bark, Shavatri

Roots...)500 mg (2/day)

4. Supbrabha (Guggul Resin, Sugarcane, Indian Cassia leaves, Senna,

Baliospermum...500 mg (4/day)

5. Subuddhi 2 (Water Hyssop, Dwarf Morning Glory, Indian Sphaeranthus Flowers

....)500 mg (4/day)

6. Shakti Rasayan (Embilic Fruit, Indian Tinospora Stem, Water Hyssop,

Ashwagandha ...) 500 mg (2/day)

7. Jivanyog (Indian Tinospora Stem, Bamboo roots, Ginger Rhizome, Long Petter

Fruit ...)500 mg (2/day)

8. Suhruday (Guggul Gum Resin, Inula Racemosia Roots, Calcium Carbonate, Garcina

Pedunculata Stem, Arjuna bark ...) 500 mg (4/day)

9. Rasnadi Guggul (Guggul gum resin, Indian Tinospora Stem, Castor Roots, Ginger

Rhizome and Pluchea Leaves (500 mg (4/day)

10. Sandhiyog (tribulus Fruit, Heart Leaf Sida, Boerhavia Deodar Cedar Bark,

Skunkvine Roots, Chinese Chastertree...) 500 mg (2/day)

11. Amrutras (Embilic Fruit, Dry Ginger, Rhizome black pepper fruit, long pepper

frui... (500 mg (2/day)

12. Keshyog (Eclipta, Emblic Fruit, Sesame seeds and roots, Heart Leaf sida) 500

mg (4/day)

  I was advised to take twice per day but I was losing a lot of weight and now I

am only 88 pounds (about 40 kgs) so I started taking them once a day.  Dr. Naram

saw my pulse and he gave these herbs.

  My question is will this cause me to lose weight and what can I do to maintain

weight and is it ok if I take the herbs once a day?
