Guest guest
Dear Natalia, you must detox first to get any substantial betterment. Probably there are a lot of toxins in your physiology which you have to clear out and those fall into 2 categories, some are water soluble, some are only fat soluble. For the first ones - boil good filtered water for at least 10 minutes , then fill it into a thermos and take some sips - still really warm or hot, but tolerable to drink - of it every 20 minutes. Do this for 10 days. It helps to cleans your tisues and rinse out impurities. For the fat-soluble toxins, Panchakarma is recommended most. Panchakarma consists of several days of treatments with a pretreatment and then the real treatment consisting of oil massages, special diet and decoctions, enegemas, and you will have to take ghee (or other substances if Ghee is not tolerable), will receive massages with herbalized oils, will get laxatives and enegmas, hot steam baths (but all according to your individual physiology and your needs). Those two directions help in a miraculous way. Otherwise there are also foods that help detoxify. Take only organic vegetables and fruits etc. in order not to increase the load of toxins. Start with those things above - they can help a lot. Here is something from a western doctor; not specifically for you: In terms of WESTERN Medicine - it is not as all-comprehensive as Ayurveda treatments mentioned already but I would recommend functional medicine and Dr. Mark Hyman to you in case ayurveda is difficult to follow: http://www.ultrawellness.com/about-us/ultrawellness/key5 Best wishes - it will get betetr again Margot _________ I'm a 18 yr/o female & I've had chronic fatigue for almost a year.
