ayurveda & chronic fatigue

I'm a 18 yr/o female & I've had chronic fatigue for almost a year.

My diet is very strict as I have lots of sensitivites at the moment, so no

spices, dairy, beans/legumes, wholegrains/wheat and refined sugar.

I'm a vata type (178cm/49kg) and have to live off vegetables (no capsicum, green

beans, tomato skins or eggplant), fruit, basmati rice, meat & eggs.

I tried eating mung beans w/ skins and I had a terrible reaction of extreme

brain fog, constipation & tiredness for 3 days afterwards. Does anyone know if

I'll react to mung dahl? I react to chickpeas, kidney beans, cannelenni beans,

lentils etc etc...

I would really love to start yoga and continue it as a daily thing.

I've started meditating 20 mins a day and it really helps with the headaches.

I've read a few ayurveda books and concluded I have a lot of 'Ama', so should I

be eating ghee or not?

Does anyone know anything a vata type can do in regards to diet w/ all my

sensitivities?

Thanks a lot :)
