Guest guest
Personally I have never found psyllium husk to be effective in relieving constipation - the water on its own is usually sufficient - or if you are desperate and have not had a bowel action for several days then Epsom's Salts, 2 teaspoons dissolved in a glass of warm water followed by a cup of hot black tea with milk, is always effective. Best, Jane .................................................................... " Ever since I came to US, I started getting constipated. So I started taking some powder( Psyllium Husk or 'isobgol' in Hindi)well known for getting bowel movement faster.
Guest guest
Thank you for the tips which I may try in future when need arises. Triphala made by Baba Ramdevji's Divya Pharmacy at Haridwar has done the trick very well this time. I don't know why constipation bothers me more while in the US, although I take fibrous diet. Can you tell me what could be the reason? Thanks again with regards and love.
