One should keep his diet habit properly, do some yogasanas and pranayam, eat light food. avoid junk food. and take some amapachak medication with proper consultation. drink dry gingger dicoction for 7-8 days. thank you, dr. yash __________________ I work as a mechanical draftsman, spending several hours of the day in front a computer, thinking and making my drawings.After working day, I feel mentally very tired, I just want to rest/sleep, feel like doing nothing, and very lazy.
