Patient should take Brahat vat chintamani ras & Brahmi vati (suvarna) 1-1 tab. with milk twice a day. along with this Maharasnadi kwath & Sarswatarishta 2 t.sf each. But it will wrong to name medicines with out knowing Prakruti [ constitution], etiology, pathogenesis and the involving dosha and dhatus. Because for ataxia treatment may very from patient to patient according to above mentioned factors. Please write detail history of ataxia with duration, associated diseases if any, mental status, diet and daily schedule. If patient is on some medicines then please write about it. Please write birth details i.e. birth time[ am/pm],date and place.
