I went outside for ten minutes and when I came in I had a dark grey/black spot in my vision in the left eye. It's like the floaters that many people have. I have them, too, but this one is darker. I also had some flashing around the periphery of my vision when I moved my eyes quickly. When this appeared I had just taken a few sips of a cold coffee with cream drink someone handed me. I know someone else who had something similar happen after drinking a cold ice cream drink. Since the eyes are related to the liver did this drink have something to do with it? Because it's summer here I've also been drinking some mint tea to cool the pitta energy. I think I maybe messed something up. Any suggestions or possible explanations?
