Guest guest
My 16 YO son has never liked to run. I asked him about this and he said had an ache in his left side when he ran. I presume it is gas. Is there something he could do or take to alleviate this? He is in pretty good physical shape and does yoga and 100 push ups a day. Guest guest
GB . Might be your son experiences some abdomenal muscle pull while running . Ensure the running on empty stomach with proper defecation . Provide 1 lemon juice in 250 ml of lukewarm water in the morning after running for 15 days . It will clear the problem . ___________ My 16 YO son has never liked to run. he said had an ache in his left side when he ran. I presume it is gas. Guest guest
Why should he need to run if he does not like it? These aches/cramps are common when one begins running, the runner needs to learn how to adjust the breath so that it is as deep as possible rather than shallow. Then these aches/cramps will go away. ________________ My 16 YO son has never liked to run... he said had an ache in his left side when he ran.
