Guest guest
I woke this morning with what looks like a burn on my wrist - the skin was peeling off and liquid oozed out. A slit about an inch wide and 1/4 in thick. I do not recall burning it. Is it possible to not feel a burn like this? Looking in the files I saw a Kundalini posting about burns and became more interested as I have been practicing pranayams more regularly and intensely this week and spent the evening vivedly dreaming about projecting through tunnels, flying, gurus... I have had other Kundalini experiences in the past years - I would love to hear from others about this topic as well. Guest guest
Maybe the skinned got burned when sleeping. When turning the body on the sheets caused something akin to a rug burn.
