Using herbs for anxiety

I am having severe anxiety with occasional panic attacks. After doing some

research online, I ordered some herbs.

 

I ordered 3 herbs in powder form ie., Jatamansi and Brahmi and Aswagandha

Tablets. These were the only form I could get in the US.

 

I was wondering what dosage do I mix them in & do I heat the powder's in water &

strain them?

 

From what I read, I could use 1 tsp of Brahmi with 1/2 tsp of Jatamansi.

Currently I am taking 2 tablets each day of Ashwagandha. The Ashwagandha really

helps in keeping the nervousness down.
