Can anyone recommend a brand name selling quality cinnamon powder in UK.

Hi

I have a genetic cholesterol problem and I wish to use cinnamon powder, which is

recommended by ayurvedic medicine experts, relating to this complaint.

 

My concern is that I need to make sure that the brand name that I purchase from

in the UK can be depended upon.

 

My fear is that I could end up with cassia, which would defeat the object.

 

I have written to certain brand names asking them to confirm that if it is

unadulterated but I have had no replies.

 

I would therefore like some pointers from members as to what brand names you

would suggest.

There may be some shops selling Indian spices. Ask for cinnamon bark, powder it

at home in mixer and take.

Yes...any brand in Indian stores should be ok w/o any issues.
