Guest guest
I am sorry I have been in and out of town so i think that i did not see this. anyway now let me answer, any manjishta powder is ok. and cinnamon is had with honey, twice a day, dosage is 1/4 to 1/2 a tea spoon you may vary the dosage according to what u deem fit. Age, Sun, Sleeplessness are some of the contributory factors to puffiness under the eyes. Hormonal changes due to age and dryness of skin due to age can be the cause but puffed up bags under the eyes can affect a person of any age. Fine lines and wrinkles are a corollary to this. Fluid retention can also cause puffiness under the eyes. Some causes of fluid retention are  heart, thyroid, kidney and liver problems, or high blood pressure. Natrum sulph in Biochemic (tissue remedies) helps in controlling water retention in the body. Try cutting salt intake. Banish those extra pillows my husband couldn’t do with less than three thick pillows under his neck and head. Antioxidants help protect against the damage caused by free radicals in the environment. Free radicals do most of the harm in a human body. They go and attach themselves to healthy cells and then that also becomes a free radical. This is where antioxidants work. Cucumbers can do wonders for puffy, tired eyes. The results can be truly amazing. Close your eyes and lay a cucumber slice on each. Leave them on for about 20 minutes. Apricot oil helps, cold compresses for 5 to 10 minutes also help. __________________ What will work best for under eye bags? and how is cinnamon powder to be taken, with water or milk?? and the dosage? can you suggest a good brand for manjishtha powder or anything is fine?
