I have been using triphala regularly for a few months

now. I love it, it feels really good to me. It is the

most vile tasting stuff you can imagine, but that

feels kinda good as well. You can take it in capsules

but tasting it's better. Ugh, it really is bad. But it

works well for me, I have done plenty of bowel

cleansing and have a tendency to an irregular bowel

habit, and triphala very gently keeps me right on

track! My body feels really clean lately. So, yes, I

use it and think its great, and its not expensive.

I have one more question to ask you all.

 

I take Ashwagandha and Triphala tablets together at night.

 

Can I take them together or do I need to take Ashwagandha in the morning and

triphala at night?

The last line is thought provoking. Even I find myself suggesting triphala to

every one. I am not a practitioner.

 

1.) It balances all three doshas,

2.) it streamlines the stomach

3.) it is good for eyesight

4.) It is good for hair

5.) it is recomended for toothcare as well.

 

If stomach is taken care of then everything falls in place.
