Guest guest Posted March 7, 2009 Report Share Posted March 7, 2009 From what I have seen it is imperative to drink copious quantities of water when taking psyllium, otherwise it just adds to the already existing problem of constipation. It clogs things up further. Personally I think triphala is a much more user friendly product, and according to David Frawley safe to use on a long term basis.
