In adrenal fatigue the glands are exhausted and do not make enough cortisol, which gives all other bodily chemical imbalances. So you propose a simple remedy like aloe vera to cure adrenal fatigue, what do you know about adrenal fatigue and have you cured any patients diagnosed with the disease using aloe vera alone? ______________ i say it is a simple disease , Take aloe veera . all fatigue is gone and you don't require cortisol.
