Guest guest Posted February 12, 2009 Report Share Posted February 12, 2009 Hi, Simple natural remedy which eases you quickly and effectively is insert a black pepper which is dipped in gingelly oil in a stitching needle or a safety pin burn it you will get smoke out of it ,inhale through your nose .you may get a flow of thin fluid .you will get relieved when the fluid comes out. do this early mornning after brush and before sleep at night. ayurvedic medicine -RASANADI CHURANAM(external application) apply this powder mixed with warm water in your temples ,in between your eye brows and mid of your scalp .
