The first one was on 30th Dec... and again I got my periods on 19th Jan.. It was a very light period...( I hardly needed one pad the whole day) Usually this seemed very unusual to me...Since I get my periods usually 33-36 days.. and the flow was medium.. My height is 5 feet and i am 60 kgs... I asked the gync but she told me its not really such a thing to worry... But we are trying for a baby hence..I am a little worried.... This time till now I am having black spooting with has not stopped. Is there any ayurvedic remedy for my problem.Please help.Iam staying in US .So if there is some home remedy it would help me a lot.
