What is the basic reason u think is behind ur less sleep or

disturbed sleep ? It is not good to take any Nidra-janana medicine

to get good & sound sleep . The basic way is to relax ur body from

physical stress & mind from mental stress .

It can be done by simple techniques . Always try to meditate

before going to sleep . Or just concentrate ur mind by chanting any

Mantra for 15 min before sleep . It will clear ur mind from the

unwanted thoughts . Thereby providing good sleep .

Massage the scalp with a mixture of oil . Take coconut oil 80 %

& add castor oil 20 % to it . Make a mixture of it & massage the

scalp gently with it for about 10 min . Also use of warm sesame oil

for Karna purana ( putting 2 dropns of warm sesame oil in both

ears ) will generate good sleep .

If this does not work , then a combination of Shirodhara ,

Karnapurana & 1 tsf of Ashwagandha Churna in warm Buffalo milk at

bed time will be the ebst combination .

It is important to find the cause for less sleep . It will be

good if u can consult any nearest Ayurveda doctor .
