Guest guest
The condition is often termed frozen shoulder. Please try the remedies given at post 1537, after confirming that the symptoms shown on fingers of the hand are also present, as discussed in pos#12852. The formulation Vat Gajankush Ras has shown wonderful results in case of women patients aged upto 75 where shoulder was frozen. It is surprising why right shoulder should freeze, whether right or left handed person. And against 6-8 women, only one man would suffer from this conditiom. Despite what is suggested by this author, visit to a nearby vaidya is more positive advice. Both as advised in post 1537. If you can obtain those locally, best. Else try aayurherb.com > Secondly for how long should i take these tab.As i am not in India. Assuming you are in 30-60 age range, and this has started about a month or two ago, you may need to take for about 8 weeks. So 240 Tablets each. > I will also start the mung soup . When you make mung soup/khitchri, just add a little ginger and turmeric powder. It will give you spicy taste and help for Vata. Adding cow ghee/sesame oil to the soup/khitchri also helpful. We have some files on Vata pacifying diet in " file " section of website. Dr Bhate
