I do need immidiate help.I cant breath normally . I do need inhale by

mouth only. So mouth becomes dry. I try to do neti. Water doent go

inside, even though nose is not stuffed. It does has some kind of mucus

membrane in side .the is open still i cant breath . I do need to

breath force fully. I used to live in Chicago befor. I moved from

CHicago to Los Angeles. from 2004 to untill i was o.k.But now again i

has same symptomps like Chicago . In a winter specially i can't

breath . Dr used to give me prednisolone. Which i dont wannt to take.

Any spray doesn't work at all.

 

I do take steam inhaler all the time . it desn't

work .even though i inhale steam 10 minutes. It doent help even for 1-2

mts to inhale normally. I try to sleep on side so nose can open . Still

that doesn't work.Claritn -D can open my nose but it increase my blood

presuure way up.I really need help. If any one can suggest me some

thing.

 

can any one suggest good remedy? PLease .

You have to improve your digestion unless you won't have permanent remission.

for ur allergic rhinitis problem- ayurvedic treatment

is best. following medicines.

 

1. tab.chephagraine. one/

3 times per day. after meals.

 

2. tab. tribuvanikeerthi

rasa one tab / day- mor.

 

3. dasamoola hareetaki lehyam

one tsf /2 times per day. after meals.

 

4. anu taila 2 drops each nostril in the head down position.

before break fast. mor.

 

this above treatment is very effect 4 u.
