I have question for which I hope to get some help here. These days I find my self low on energy and very tired in the evening. My work has not been that busy, that will drain all my energy so not sure what is draining it . I have listed few more details below: * Vegetarian. * I do about 30 mins physical exercise in morning (walk, push-ups, weights) * 30 min of Pranayams in the morning. * I do eat Almonds(10)/dates(2),as I read it help boosting the energy. * Some light yoga (10-15) in the evening. Is there anything I can do or eat to boost energy (not sure if I eating less proteins. Guest guest Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 One thing i KNOW AND THAT IS EATING HONEY OR JAGGERY OR LIME JUICE GIVES INSTANT ENERGY. This is for instantly boosting your energies but for general keep taking these as a routine and have black channa soup every day.your walking alone should be for half an hour to 45 minutes. How is the stomach condition ? If not right then take triphala 1 tea spoon at night for a few days. __________ These days I find my self low on energy and very tired in the evening.
