Hi,

In the last couple of years my body has become very stagnant, its hard

to make a move from a sitting position. I get tired very quickly.

I feel cold all the time.

The body has become very slow to react to the temperature changes. It

takes ages to start sweating when cycling, in sauna, etc..

The most important thing is that my joints, even the lower jaw has

started cracking!

I am vegetarian. I usually eat a lot fuits and raw vegetables.

I noticed my joints are cracking even more if I eat raw fruits.

So I gave up fruits. It has helped a bit.

I sleep very badly if I eat dinner, however, I can't fall asleep if I

don't eat untill fullness before night.

How can I solve this disorder? Could you, please, advice where I find

more information to help?

Thanks,

Paule

What kind of water do you drink. Sometimes the mineral water causes all the

problems and just by changing to normal water we become healthy again. start

cooking your vegetables and also drink warm water throughout the day that may

bring heat to your body. Pranayaams like bhatsrika and kapalbhatti will heat

your body and anulom vilom will balance it.

LING MUDRA

I tried to get the picture for you  I could not  you google seach for ling mudra

and see how it is make the mudra as many times as you can it will produce heat

in your body. My daughter was going to Europe during winters I told her to do

this She came back and told me that she did not feel cold. Other wise she cannot

bear colds.

Do  let me know if you find any difference.

Hello,

Thank you very much.

I am usually drinking hot drinks (herbal teas, black tea (once a

day)), I have only 1-2 glasses of the tap water every day.

I try to eat more nuts and oils, but they have caused a weight gain.

Thanks,

Paule

Hello,

I usually have untill 2 litres a day, as I get quite a lot from big

bowls of vegetable salads and soups. I have noticed, my joints are

cracking and muscles stagnate even more if I drink too much.

Thanks,

Paule

This condition is nothing but a disturbed Vata Dosha . U need

to clear the Aama ( indigested toxin ) from the body . It will be

better to consult any Vaidya to treat it by pulse diagnosis . Some

proper diet changes , timings for the meal & some exercsie will

help .

It will be good to take 1 tsf of castor oil with warm tea or

milk at bed time for 7 days . It will decrease the problem upto

certain extent .

Hello,

I have done the bood and urine test recently. Both results are fine,

there is a smaller number of hemoglobine 11.9 g/dl than expected.

Thanks,

Paule
