ksheerbala has nothing to do with hair fall.

it increases urine out put, reduces bp, useful in treating paralysis as it

supports brain bloodflow.

vidhya sagar sir, kseerabala cap is useful in hair

falling in my opd regurarly, it is giving good

results. it is work as vata hara , root of hair

follicle is effect, that avarodh will disolve with

this, & same time ksheera is calcium is nutrition to

hair . so kheerabala can use in hair fall. in our

ayurveda text book kseera bala is advice for vata and

best in paralysis. but u can use the medicines as per

stage position of disease u can interpreate and use

the medicines. same ksheera bala cap u can use in

cervical spodilysis, migrine head aches, arthritis,

post tuberculosis course treatment, severe alholosis

etc . so u can interpretate the drug as per dosa ,

this same explained by charaka also. sorry for this
