CURE FOR LOW BACK ACHE

 

In current

mechanical life style in urban area affects in physical as well as

psychological well being of the people. Among the physical sufferings low back

ache

plays an important role. Because half of the population

Suffering from low

back ace in mild to severe form.

Causes of low backache

1. Irregular posture like standing for long time, uncomfortable sitting

position in working place.

2. .Driving two wheelers for long distances.

3. .without any physical work, obesity

..medical

reasons like

4. Gynaecological disorders like (PID,

menopausal bone degeneration)

Abdominal disorders like IBS, chronic

constipation etc.

Degenerative disorders of old age like

osteoporosis

what ever the cause the dosha VATA plays an important role. The vata which

increases in the bone

cause mild to severe pain.

The main

treatment is against vata , so all the

measures which will reduce the vata and

bone strengthening is adopted. About 50% of the cases are cured by only oral

medicines and others treated by PANCHA KARMA TREATMENT

Especially KERALIYA ayurvedic panchakarma theraphy gives good result. In these

conditions like ELAKIZHI, PODIKIZHI,

VIRECHANA, VASTHY ETC.

Low back pain is due to various causes. But the problem is more physical than

anything else. It can be controlled, avoided and cured by simple physical
