hello everyone, blessings.

i want to start doing yoga to help improve my health and life and i am

wondering what kind of yoga i should do.

there seem to be many different forms ex: Kundalini, hatha etc.how do i know

which one is right for me.

does dosha type matter?

it would have to be very simple and easy as iam an absolute beginner

and had a serious back injury a couple of years ago called cauda equine

syndrome.

any advise please thank you

According to my personal experience, for a beginner, Yoga and Pranayam as taught

by Swami Ramdev on Aastha Channel might suit you. Of course, if you attend one

of his camps personally, that might be a great help. After learning it myself, I

have been helping many others to learn it by explaining them the finer points.

This course is absolutely harmless with no side-effects, if persued

intelligently.

For your back problem, I would suggest you to visit www.atbsnr.com to help

yourself.

nothing i call as best - because it is upto u who utilises it

ofcourse very very few presented it well and easy to follow and

enhance ur inner dimension without bringing any changes in your

external situation, life style, religion , faith or etc and only by

experiential process

i have been very fortunate , if i say- to get such one in my life and

i am practising for last 15 years

u can explore www.ishafoundation.org - the isha yoga classes happening

all over india - major cities - and u can get more informations from

their website and email address

info

Hi… Try the files on the main site page… Then tag at the top articles,

then the fourth one down Noel Gilbert files and then down at the bottom

you will see yogasanas for all three doshas…

I would try out various classes with different instructors and one may resonate

with you over another - teacher or style.  If you found a Veda Yoga instructor

in your area, they may be able to help you understand the best approach for your

dosha type.  You will feel after a few classes if it is beneficial to your

current needs.  Most yoga classes in the west are based from a hatha approch and

it is a good start.   Finding someone that includes at least a few breathing

exercises and a meditation period is important - even a restorative yoga class.

Peace,

Michelle
