For the vaginal dryness the doctor ordered me  estrogen-ovuli. In substitution

what can  i take?  He told me that for distrophic condition there is no natural

care.

 

He thinks that for the local application  of estrogen there is no danger

The Vaginal dryness is the resultant of excess Vata dosha . As per

Ayurvedic terms , the Aartav vaha Strotas ( Genito - urinary System )

consists of vata dosha naturally . SO it means that , the organs of

this system are under more influence of Vata Dosha .

Due to some reasons like older age , excessive intercourses ,

general debility , inadequate diet leads to increase in the Vata

dosha . It leads to the dryness of the Vagina .

So , as per the reasons , this problem can be treated well .

There is one therapy called as " Yoni Peechu " . Plain cotton pad

wrapped in bandage is taken . It is kept in medicated oil ( the oil is

taken as per the body type ) for 30 min . Then that oil soaked pad is

inserted in the inner vagina & been kept there for 3 - 4 hours . After

the time , it is taken out . This should be done from Ayurvedic Vaidya

under strict aseptic precautions . Pls visit some nearby Vaidya for

this .
