Guest guest
Hello It was a lot written on this subject, i only want to add my personal experiences I am supposed to have intolerance to lactose, which means every time I drink milk I have diarrhea, strong bowel pain, lots of gas accumulated in my belly and so on. Which is true, so I could not drink milk for many years. Even if the manifestations are vata type, i think my reactions are produced by pitta, I immediately react in a very dramatic manner to any food which my body does not consider proper for it. Even if it is hard sometimes, I¢m grateful for this, because I am forced to use good quality food. As a child, my parents were living in the countryside, and milk was my favorite food, I was drinking many liters every day. Once, as a teenager, I was even drinking 10 liters in one afternoon, and I felt grate. What happened later? Yesterday I received milk from a good known source, I drunk 1 liter very fast, and no problem. It was so good, that made me happy all day long. Why? Because it came from a cow fed with fresh grass, not from an " industrial " cow fed with GM soy beans, GM corn, and animal proteins from bones powder and fish. Because this milk was not " pasteurized " by European approved methods, was not exposed to ultraviolet rays, which are removing all the enzymes and turning it into a food-weapon. Sometimes I¢m thinking that I don¢t have lactose intolerance, but artificial milk intolerance. Another thing: when I ate GM soy pate (even if it was written on it non-GM), the reaction was similar to the one produced by impure milk. The same happenes to oranges, even if years ago i coul tolerate them, so i guess those coming on our market are not so natural. Anyway, this artificial food does not feed me, i still feel hungry after eating it. I know that GM food used to feed animals is affecting those people using products from those animals, I could feel it " in my bowels " . Even if we do not buy it, we are exposed to it indirectly. In europe there is not much non-GM soy sources. The producers are buying good seeds, but the surface is small, the bees are flying from one field to another, bringing pollen from one GM crop to one non-GM crop, so the result is bad. We cannot completly trust the labels.
