Guest guest
There are many yoga postures that can adjust the navel. Find a good teacher or do exercises like cobra, bow, shoulderstand, plough, sitting front stretches, half spinal twist, etc. Especially good are leg raises by raising the legs to 90 degrees from a supine position. Inhale up and exhale down. Meditation can also help because overeating is as much a physical symptom as an emotional outlet. GB

Guest guest
Hari Om ! HUNGRY FEELINGS always: This is called as 'Bhasmak Roga'. If a person has a feeling of empty stomach always ( even after taking proper and sufficient diet regularly), he should take 2 to 3 custard- apple (sharifa) after meals for a few days. Why don't you try......... With best wishes, Swami Brahmavidyananda saraswati A Hindu Sannyasi/Monk _________________ when i go outside even if i try to avoid the thought of eating, the same thought follows me and i end up in eating. stomach is bad condition............ ayurveda/message/14566
