Guest guest
Dear all, I reached this place searching for the properties and correct dosage of Praval bhasma/pishti, and the duration for which it can be taken. After browsing through some of the messages of the group, I think I'm really fortunate to have reached here. I'm presuming that in order to respond to the query about Praval bhasma/pishti, the context in which it's asked must be required. But please forgive me if you find these details redundant. I'm recently diagnosed with Tubercular infection (ulcerative kind) in my intestines, where the disease has not fully manifested yet, it's still an infection. A full course of ATT (Anti-tubercular treatment) is not recommended, also since the body is very weak. I chanced upon a study (and trials) in some other parts of the world (including UK), where vitamin D is found to play a very significant role in treating this disease. My vitamin D test indicated that I'm deficient in this vitamin. While supplementing with vitamin D, I'm supposed to supplement the body with calcium as well. More so, since there seems to be an acute deficiency of calcium (chipped teeth - the front two teeth became almost transparent after an antibiotic course to treat fungal infections in the intestines - probably the medicines were very strong and they leeched out calcium from my teeth, irregular/rough texture of nails etc.). So here came Praval into picture. I'm also found to be deficient in vitamin B 12, for which I'm undegoing the injection treatment. The body in general is in a very deficient state, since this condition remained undiagnosed for twelve years. And I was reacting very badly to " n " number of foods (broadly speaking, all non-vegetarian foods, eggs, all nuts, honey, tea, coffee, spices, ginger, garlic, tomatoes...), so basically very little had been going inside. Thanks for reading this far, and please let me know if more details are required. And I'd be grateful if someone could respond to my query. I'll rephrase it. 1. What are the properties of Praval pishti and bhasma? What are the differences between the two? 2. What is the correct dosage, how and when (timing of the day) to take, and for how long the use can be continued? Many thanks in advance! Kind regards, Rishi P.S. I do not know about the Ph level of my blood, but my Gastrin serum test report was normal, the value being 32.20, where the normal values are 13.0 - 115.
