My kids keep me so busy but I really feel the interest stirring again and want to gt back into it! I will email you as suggested, thank you. There are many posts and files concerning these topics and you are sure to be on a path to turn this around. The first steps have been taken by being aware and reaching out -perhaps dietary changes are a good next change. If you eat meat - try a vegetarian diet, whole foods, ...clean the body. There are many wise and giving vaidyas that have some great posts and files in this groups history. Yoga, meditation...
