tell me about taasir of - ASWAGANDHA

Hello ALL,

i just want to know about -aswagandha. Is it hot in

tasir or cold in tasir.I know that it is good for sex problems. But

my purpose is for vaat prakriti and weight gain. Mine is vaat and

cough prakriti ,with some joints pain and asthma allergy.

 

So can i take -ASWAGANDHA as tonic. Just guide me.

 Ofcourse dheeraj u can take ashwagandha for your problems specially for joint
