Till the duration of antbiotic treatment there was some relief and after the course got over, again the symptoms have started. Associated with sinus i am also suffering from allergy. I don't know the source of allergy. The symptoms which i am observing is given below Symptoms ======== 1. Water discharge from nose. 2. White viscous fluid comes out after blowing the nose. 3. Sneezing frequently 4. Head is heavy and headache 5. Tiredness Also i would like to know the medicine for stress/strain. Are there any medication for white/grey hairs. Guest guest
A week ago i took a couple of spoonfuls of Yacon Syrup and after this I had a large bowel action and an outpouring from my nose which lasted several hours, accompanied by head and nose pain. I was not aware that I suffered from sinusitis but when this " event " was over I was aware that I could breath very much more easily than before. Homeopaths consider the state of the bowel to indicate the state of the sinuses and also the lungs, I am sure Vaidyas here will be able to advise you more fully but just thought I would share my experience with you Best, Jane .................................................................. Guest guest
Hi Chandrasekkaran Warm 500 ml water, add a teaspoon full of sea salt to it. Drink slowly while sitting, as soon as you get up. After you finish drinking, rub your right hand middle three fingers (Index, lonest and ring finger) on the centre of tongue and you will get vomitting sensation. Try to vomit and remove as much water as possible. do not worry if all water does not come out. remaining water passes through bowel motion later. This is vaman procedure in its simplest procedure. Do for two subsequent mornings. From 3rd day, drop vaman procedure and start Neti with same salt water. For details see: http://groups/ayurveda/message/6451 At breakfast time, make a tea by boiling for 5-10 minutes, 11 leaves of Tulsi, 1/4 inch piece of fresh ginger and a little jaggery in a cup of water. drink this tea daily till all symptoms stated by you disappear. At bedtime, if available, drink 1 tsp indian cow ghee in 1/2 cup warm milk. If not avaialable, put 2 drops of Panchgavya Ghrutam in each nostrils as described in message 6451. Take 1 glass buttermilk with a little salt and a pinch of turmeric after lunch. Add a pearl of crushed garlic into it, if taste is ok with you. Above actions will take care of your sinus, nasal congestion, sneezing, constipation as well as stress/strain. Benifits of neti are posted at http://groups/ayurveda/message/4788 Tulsi+ginger will remove toxins/damage(antibiosis) left by allopathy. _________ I am suffering from chronic sinusitis.
