One of the oldest Yogi treatments for any problem is to pump blood into

the area… So my guess would be sit-ups… Noel

Noel has a good suggestion on situps. Leg raises are good,

especially when the legs are no more than 12 " off the ground. Cobra,

locust and bow poses are also good. Also, pulling root lock and

stomach locks (bandhs).

U have not specified , how did u have the dignosis if Bulky Uterus . Is it by

ultrasound ? Or is it like the fat deposition on the lower abdomen ( as u told

it is a cosmetic problem ) ?

If it the menses r regular , & u want to cut short the fat deposition , then u

must apply the suggestion given by Noel . Early morning walking or jogging for

30 min will help . Supportive early dinner will be beneficial too .

Is it bulky uterus or mal-positioned uterus?

Get on your bed or yoga mat on all fours.  Put your  face down to the mat

leaving your bottom up in the air.  Grab a butt cheek and move it to the side.

Stay that way for 15 minutes or until or unless you can't stand it.  Do this as

often as you have spare time for awhile. The wind passing out again as you sit

up is normal.
