The lord of the sign Libra is the Venus The Principal of the sign Libra is Vayu Mahabhuta [Gaseous] Hence the person having sign Libra will be governed by the characteristics of the Venus and Vayu Mahabhuta i.e. [Gaseous] The sign Libra is having influence on sex organs and the organs of reproductive system. The Venus [signifactor of Shukra dhatu] is too having influence on organs of reproduction system. On the other hand the principal of Libra is Vayu mahabhuta. In human body the Vata dosha is predominantly made up of Vayu mahabhuta. Hence exercise such as skipping, running, weight lifting [Heavy workout] is tends to increase Vata dosha and increased Vata dosha will have a negative impact on Shukra dhatu and ultimately on the organs of reproduction. Hence mild to moderate exercise is advocated for the person born in the sign Libra. Brisk walking, swimming, yogasana, Suryanamaskara will be beneficial.
