In my family our sister has a problem with psoriasis but now the doctors have

confirmed that she has a sort of Arthritis-psoriasis, that means that she also

suffers from rheumatism and inflammations in her joints.

She is a Pitta – vata type – her pitta and vata are too high.

What's the best she can do?

Her mind is always in the positive way, she accepted what ‘s happens without

problem.

When she has much of pain she starts writing poems.  That’s her manner of

relaxing and meditation.

There is a Pitta Vata pacifying diet in the files… Out side of that

there is a hundred questions to be asked. Age, weight, menstrual

conditions, etc… She needs to see an expert in her area… Namasta …

hi dear,u have not mentioned abut age,profession,of ur sister also age of

diesase with arthritis,which parts r affected? diesease startaed with whch part.

pl mail all details. acc to me hansapadi with rasna r best choice of drugs. also

u have to go for takradhara youg basti then yapan basti. regards
