Guest guest
Excess sweating is the sign of altered pitta , mostly increased pitta dosha . The tikshna Guna in the pitta dosha increases in the body , thereby increasing the heat internally . The body always tries to balance all the doshas by decreasing some & by increasing some doshas . Our body serves as a balancing act . If the heat increases in the body , it decreases it by sweating . Or vice versa . It is stated that , normal Pitta dosha increases in the Sharad Rutu . & this is the Sharad Rutu Season . Normally , every individual have the increased amount of Pitta dosha in this season , but in Pitta dominated people , this shows some special characteristics . Increased amount of sweating , bad odour for the sweat , diarrhoea , increased anger are some some of the signs . For this , Panchakarma really helps . The Virechana or Vamana Karma ( as per the dosha combination ) works best for this condition . Also the use of some sweet food , like sugarcane or sugar water or glucose water , coconut water , chilled milk , adequate water intake helps the condition . There r many medicines which can help. But those should be taken under supervision of Ayurvedic doctor . Dr . Gandhi S. C.
