My salutations! Namaste and thanks to you.

 

I had come to you with acute and severe backache in the month of June, 2008 on

the advice of one of my spiritual companion, Lt. Gen. Dwivedi (Retd.) from

Ramchandra Mission.

 

You had assured me of total cure from backache and you had taught me simple

exercises which you had learnt from nature, i.e., from animals and birds, etc.

 

As advised by you, I started doing that simple exercisedaily as soon as I get up

from sleep and I got total relief from backache. From day one, my backache

started receding and now I am totally from it.
