Guest guest Posted September 2, 2008 Report Share Posted September 2, 2008 For Incisional Hernia , it should be noted that , it can be corrected with surgery only . As we all know , due to the previous incision on the abdomen , Incisional hernia appears due to the lack of strength in the abdomenal musculature or improper stitches after surgery or more amount of fat deposition on the abdomen . In many cases , if the person is operated on the abdomen may times before , then Incisional Hernia can appear . I think , it should be corrected only by Surgical approach . As in this case , Ayurveda medicines or any other Ayurvedic therapy cant help much . Moreover , it is stated that , if the Hernia ( Antra Vruddhi ) cant be corrected with Aushadh ( Medicine ) , it can be corrected by Shastra karma ( surgery ) . Dr . Gandhi S. C .
