Guest guest
I have recently started a ayurvedic regimen of herbs & nasya. I noticed that my emotions are coming out very strongly. I ended up crying this morning. Usually, I am never this emotional. I was reading about how people can get emotional while doing a panchakarma. Is something similar happening. I also happened to do a hot yoga session couple of days for the first time. I usually do Yoga in normal temp. , so I was wondering what was causing this strong emotional reaction. I am using a herbal mixture compound of Mahasudarshan, Sitopaladi, Dasamoola, Tagar, Sarawathi, Shakapushphi, Hingvastak I also take Triphala before bed time, and do Nasya with oil drops in the morning/afternoon.
