i have a tooth problem because of habit of tobbaco i am 24 years old

and doctor has told me that it is a sign of pioria i am lossing health

of my tooth. what should i have to do? does any ayurved medicine can

I smoked tobacco for 35 years… For 20 years of that 35 I tried to quit…

I have not had a cigarette for 7 years now… That act of trying to quit

was a hundred times harder, than the act of actually quitting… Just

quit and take it one graving at a time… It would not be good to have

lost all you teeth by the time you are thirty… You are young now, and

to learn how to take care of your health, will save you a lot of

suffering later on in life… Study and live Ayurveda it will create a
