The best way to lower the LDL and Raise the HDL is to take a molecular

distilled fish by Nordic Naturals

http://www.nordicnaturals.com/en/Products/Product_Details/98/?

ProdID=1422 I took four in the morning and four at night… Within a

month mine was back to a normal range… Noel

PS… An M.D. told this to me… I guess things can change!

As per a recent study by AHA, lower cholesterol levels can lead to

complications. Thus instead of trying to induce a change it is better

to lead a righteous and correct life with good nutrition and exercise

and leave the body to decide what is best.

Regards,

Jagannath.
