bulging lumbar disc

Dear Friend

By your post it is difficult the assess seriousness of the disease.

Bulging of the disc posteriorly usually causes nerve root compression leading to

neurological deficit. It is better to do clinical assessment and by MRI. If MRI

shows nerve root compression then in my opinion decompression surgery should be

done. If there is no neurological deficit then you will get relief by Ayurvedic

medication plus some specific exercise.

I am also interested in the response to your query as I have just admitted

to nursing home a patient who has now become paraplegic through

similar problems - starting with an undocumented and therefore untreated

fall 40' from a tree as a child - later developing prostate ca - suffers long

term excruciating pain in legs and feet .......

Perhaps the patient might benefit by practicing ATBSNR which can only benefit

without any side-effects. I would like to guide the patient if that be possible

I am tentatively introducing the idea of ATBSNR to a patient of mine with a

similar problem though at the moment he is slightly resistive to the idea he

can do anything to help himself with his pain and am grateful to Mr Acharya

for helping me understand the technique more thoroughly - one which I

practise everyday myself

Best,

Jane

Please don't " try " to do the exercises.....just do them.

Attitude, practice, awareness and commitment changes habitual

patterns.

Thanks, I visited the site and am trying to do ATBSNR exercises.
