Guest guest
I have been off starchy carbs for over three weeks and feeling much better and losing weight. Two days ago I let bread back into my diet. I had English muffins for breakfast and dinner. Today I feel bloated and depressed. I know that Pittas in Ayurveda should not eat bread with yeast. What is the reasoning behind this? And can this cause depression?

This causes die-off reaction which includes cravings for carbs/sugary foods. These cravings make people gradually obese. And weight loss becomes impossible unless Candida is brought in control. We feel low (depression) when the toxins from Candida start circulating in the blood. These are known as Micotoxins. Above statements take in to account your previous posts also.
