Guest guest
Dear Swami Although I'm sure you don't need one - may I give you an example - I arrived one year at a doctor's rooms after a very challenging car trip of 100kms & on arrival she took my BP - I like visiting alternative doctors to see how they work - my BP was 140/90 - I asked her to take it again after consciously feeling how much tension had built up during the trip and both relaxing and slowing my solar plexus breathing, in 10 minutes the new reading was 110/85 and after another 10 minutes on the final check it was 105/80 - as I had done this before I expected to be able to repeat the procedure without much effort - anyone can do this - just a matter or concentrate and letting go of the tensions of the day. This is one reason why I do not consider potions to be necessary when it is often within one's control to change symptoms in this way. Best, Jane .................................................................................\ .. Secondly, intake of Plenty of fluids/water and restricted >> intake of salt are necessary to get control over the BP.
Guest guest
Dear Jane, You are very right. I too have practiced this method and the BP gets down to normal very fast. Mental poise and concentration are very important.
