Sub : Suitable exercise for the person whose sign is Virgo

[The advice given below may differ for each individual having sign

Virgo due to different planetary positions in their own birth chart.]

According to Vedic Astrology when the Moon is situated in the sign

Virgo Astrological sign of that person is called Virgo. The lord of

the sign Virgo is the Mercury

The Principal of the sign Virgo is Pruthvi Mahabhuta [Earth]

Hence the person having sign Virgo will be governed by the

characteristics of the Mercury, and Pruthvi Mahabhuta i.e. Earth

The abdomen and digestive system is governed by the sign Virgo. In

the natural Horoscope the sixth house which is denoting diseases is

of sign Virgo.

Ayurveda has said that all diseases are due to Agni mandya i.e

disturbances in digesting power. As the sign Virgo signifies

digestive system is very important in this respect.

Hence for the person whose sign is Virgo should do Yogasana such as

Vajrasana, Mandukasana, and Yogamudra in Padmasana. There are number

of Asanas effective for digestive problems and should be done by the

person whose sign is Virgo.
