Guest guest
hallo, first think do you want to say retention of water means holding back desire of micturation(urination). So firstly try to avoid this think. If you want the medicinal help you can contact to me. Vd Vilobh Bharatiya
Guest guest
70% ladies today seem to be suffering from a little or more water retention. Possible cause you yourself have indicated, but corrective action can be narrowed down to few lines only, if following additional data is available: 1. Are in child bearing age? if so does water retention occur just few days before menstruation starts. 2. If you are in peri-menopausal phase, how irregular periods are, how long a cycle lasts, whether it is scanty/heavy/clotty/dark/foul etc 3. Does your diet include junk food/wheat/soft carbs/alcohol/dairy/crunchys/coockies/diet cokes, any alcohol, how is your protein intake? vegetarian/non-vegetarian? 4. How is sleep pattern. do you feel fresh when you get up any vertigo/migraine/heaviness/numbness anywhere in body? 5 How much water you drink Spring water? Fridge water? 6 How is digestion, are you hypertensive, do you suffer from palpitations, irritability, panicky feelings Sorry the list can be endless, but describe only one symptom leads to wide choices for guesswork and equal number of controversial opinions by vaidyas. Vaidyas should not be put in well trodden track. Let there be fresh thinking for each case. Guest guest
Surprizingly drinking more water itself is the remedy for water retention. Boichemic Natrum sulph is also good for it. ________________________________ While my annual check ups i have got " Edema' which indicate water retention in my legs and also stated that blood circulation is not okay in lower limbs. Guest guest
I know asparagus is a good diuretic but you might want to go through the food list in the files to see what else is…
