And like malt it is available by the name " Nachni Satva " , mixed with a little sugar too. Whem this Nachni satva is mixed with milk, it makes a nutrtious and tasty food for growing children, rich in Iron, Calcium and B Vitamins, their maximum needs. Nachni satva is available " without sugar " form too. Most ayurvedic shops and grocery shops are now selling this. When breast milk supply is insufficient, the children can be given this Nachni Satva, and provides the energy as fast as " Drakshavaleha " .
