Guest guest
By making advanced search using the key word " menopause " author obtained many messages in the archives. Off the hat, if you are in India, author can mention one panchgavyam medicine generic name " Nari Sanjivani " . It takes care of irritability, depression, reduced hormones, mood swings, hypetestnsion if it is mild. For joint pains also it provides some help, as blood circulation improves. But it would be beneficial to visit a nearest vaidya and check which are the major problems needing maximum focus. The situation after hysterectomy is slightly different than when menopasue comes on its own and cycles stop, Hysterectomy is a trauma to the body and hormones receive a jolt. Dr Hammer has done a lot of work in investigating the relationships between such trauma and serious illnesses later. In author's experience 99% of women had to face hypertension. The associated side effects of antihypertensives gave rise to a row of problems.
